After talking to Chris, the best day for the BBQ is July 18th at 2:00 pm.
Let me know if you can make it and I'll send you all my info.
This should be a blast.
Oh, and bring your bathing suit if you are so inclined. We have a small pool (4.5 feet deep) we can cool off in if it gets hot in the back yard.

201 pounds lost since surgery!! And I'm 2 1/2 inches taller too!!

And YES I still eat Carbs and Fats but I know what portion control is!!
