I have to say I have been really frustrated.  I have been doing all the right things. I have been eating well (1000 - 1200 calories). working out  4x - 5x a week for a minimum of an hour, with a minimum of 30 minutes of high intensity cardio. I have been drinking my water. I have been getting in more than enough protein. I have been attending and running support groups. I have been doing all the right things and the scale has not budged. In fact, thats not true I gained 2 lbs!!!! What the heck!!!!! I felt like I was running into a brick wall!

So...I stepped up my game in the gym. I have been trying to increase my cardio from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Well... this morning I stepped on the scale and low and behold I have lost 5.6lbs!!!!!!

So aside for my ranting and hopes for praise lol I wrote this to give hope to anyone whos at a stall. Trick your body. Change it up a little.  Eat a little less protein shake a little more meat. Workout an extra 15 minutes a day. Do a different type of exercise. Everntually you will get on the scale and be blown away like I was this morning!

 To our success,
          Rachel

You are sooooooo awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't even tell you how glad I am that you are finally seeing the reward you sooooo very much deserve!!!!

I have seen you make so many positive changes and work sooooooooooooo hard at this! It must feel so good to finally see some good reflected in the scale. We both know the scale is NOT the ultimate goal--health and babies and life is our goal, but it is always gratifying to see the scale agree with all that!

I love you so much! And, I am just so proud of you! Can't wait to push baby strollers with you! Well, eventually...hehe  =)

Keep up the great work, you gym animal!!!! LOL It's really good for me that you are such a wacko in the gym. If not for you, I wouldn't do half the stuff I do there! THANK YOU!

Biggest Hugs and Kisses!!!!!
Love, Heather =)

You're one step closer, babe!

Good 4 you!

One of my favorite quotes is to say "if you do what you've always done, then you'll have what you've always had
.....You'll always get what you've always got" so, if you're happy, then great, but if not....then shake it up!

PERFECTO example Rachel!

I am VERY proud of you...keep up the good job at the gym!
