WOw...many failed attempts with other surgeries. We always say they don't operate on our brains...maybe this is the answer for some.
It also sounds to me, though, that she expected the surgeyr to do all the work for her. The fact that she is just now going to the gym is probably why nothing else works. We all know that we need to be proactive in losing and maintaining.

Seems to me that her RNY, combined with some hypnosis to get her ass to the gym might have had the same effect and been less dangerous. The amount she has lost doesn't seem to justify brain surgery...but that is just me...
