Thanks Maryellen R!!

I just wanted to thank Maryellen for walking with me in my first 5k walk.  It was at St Joseph's College in Patchogue and it was a beautiful day for the walk. 

It was nice to get to know you better and I really appreciate you sticking to my pace.  I feel pretty good that I finished in 1 hr 4 mins even though I was the last to finish but I did it!!!  It made me feel better to not be by myself crossing the finish line!  You were so supportive and encouraging it helped soooo much!
Please tell Bob thanks too for staying with us...I know you both wouldn't have been that far behind the rest of the crowd on your own.
I look forward to seeing you again!

Okay, there is good news and bad news....the bad news first....you did not win the Ducks tickets @ SJC ...the good news....YOU ARE A WINNER .....YOU DID IT ....YOUR FIRST 5k AND WITHOUT STOPPING ........I AM SOOO PROUD OF YOU!!!!!!!!!! 

I'll NEVER forget the excitement on your childrens, moms and sisters faces...You are lucky to have such a wonderful supportive team at your side!

It was my pleasure to be there with you and also to get to know you better......and remember, next year we will run the SJC 5K together.....reach for the stars Noelle, reach for the stars!  

How did the pictures come out?  Why don't you post it either here or on LIPO's Virtual Board, whichever you prefer.  I am very happy that you are a part of my virtual group and am looking forward to you attending my meetings as well.....REMEMBER, SUPPORT IS THE KEY TO CONTINUED SUCCESS!!!!!

Thanks!!!  WE are on....I am so looking forward to the OH event.  It is the weekend before my birthday and I got my babysitter's lined up for the weekend.  It is going to be great!
