searching for a surgeon for my sister-in-law

Hello, I am a WLS patient from California.  I am trying to help my sister-in-law find a revision/Lifestyle revision surgeon near Hammondsport, or in or near Stuben county, NY.  She had open RNY over 6 years ago and was set free to find her own way...no education, no food training or orientation.  She was quite ill for the first year but did manage to lose over 100#, but mostly due to food intolerance.  In the last 18 months she has regained 60 lbs. and is interested in revision surgery along with proper educaction.  She has a "plumbers and pipe workers" type of insurance.  Her past surguery was done under BCBS, in a hospital in Elmyra.  Because of the speed her food passes thru the stomas and the speed of her digestion, she is thinking towards a revision, hopefully endoscopically.  Her first procedure was done an an open and she is loaded with scar tissue.  If you can direct me to a program or surgeon, I'd appreciate it....I am her researcher.

 Have her see Dr. Shawn Garber of The New York Bariatric Group in NY.  He specializes in revisions of previous gastric bypass surgery with minimally invasive techniques.  His website is stopobesityforlife.com

Tell her to contact Dr fitzer and staff located in Utica NY Im near your sister in law worth the drive...they also have a website where she could email Dr garber and explain what she needs..if not Sryacuse Ny maybe an option
