Thank you POSE LI Members!!!!

I just wanted to say a quick hello and a HUGE THANK YOU to all the POSE LI Members!!!!! 

Rachel and I were sooooooo glad you came to our very first meeting!!! 

And, we thank you so much for coming and sharing your experiences!

We are so looking forward building our friendships, learning great info and having lots of fun!!!! 

  Don't forget to join us on Sunday, May 3rd, at 10 am, at Jones Beach, for the MS Walk!
This will be a nice, comfortable walk to accomodate all ability levels!
Stay tuned to the NY or the POSE LI Board for more info!
Carpools will be available--let us know if you are interested!
And, don't forget to bring a bagged lunch!

I really enjoyed the meeting! What a lovely group of people! I'm looking forward to the MS Walk.  I'm going to try my best to finish...
