Im looking into the Lap-band

How much weight do you need to lose before you can get the lap-band?

You should go over to the lapband forum...I had lapband 4/30/07 I have lost 127 as of today...I was 325.

that all depends on your doctor. some docs make you lose Xlbs to shrink your liver. Some Docs wont do the surgery if you gain weight and some docs don't day anything. I was not given any requirements to lose weight before my surgery. I lost a few lbs from the pre-op diet. That was it.
