POSE LI--Long Island's New Support Group!!!!!

Hi Everyone! 

I just wanted to post and let you all know that Rachel(Rachelena) and I are starting our own support group in Nassau County!! POSE LI--Post-Ops Supporting Each Other on LI!!!

We have noticed that there are not many groups in Nassau, so we thought we'd start one! And, we are firm believers that you can never have too much support!

We are working very hard to organize our first meeting and we will let you all know as soon as we're ready!

Congrats Heather!  I will recommend the POSE (as well as the others I've recommended) meetings to our LIPO members.  Hopefully, the dates and times will work out for me to attend some!  Looking forward to seeing you at LIPO's Physical activity of dancing this Friday!   Be prepared to SWEAT!  LOL

Every other Thursday I'm in a grad class, but thats only unitl the end of this spring semester.  It looks like I'll be taking 2 online for the summer.
