been mia for a while

hi all you new york weight losers!!!!!! i havent been around for  a really long time i had surgery july of 04 and i was very active on this board i have had continued success with this surgery by the help of this web sight and my fellow nyers...... i hope all who are having surgery have sucsess and happiness!!!! it works if you work it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just really stopping by to say HI !!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just lost my dad so im pretty sad about that ive been homebounc since the accident im not feeling really good about myself right now ,,,,, im in a really bad place but usually i work on saturday mornings so fridays arent great for me im also in a battle to get full time at my job im feeling like its sexual discrimination my union rep has not gotten back to me on the subject... its a real big mess but im going to try to come out of my shell now the weather is getting better ,,,, im glad to see that your still helping people on this board ,,,,, it truly is one of the things that kept me having continuing sucess hope everything is well with you and keep in touch

Hi Stacy!  So sorry to hear about your Dad.  I lost my Grandmother (99 y.o.) in Nov and so I know how you feel.  I've been staying away from this site because I prefer anonymity which I do not get from the support groups.  Someone actually came up to me recently and said they KNEW ME FROM THE OBESITY ....blah blah blah....AND I WAS ON A DATE!!!!!!!!!!!  (idiots!!)  So I just prefer to do this on my own.  I'm having more surgery coming up which will make this weight loss complete for me.  I can't wait.  And I'm reuniting with a band I fronted for 10 years so I'm really psyched.  Things are looking up each day.  I hope you can turn things around and be happy again.  Keep smiling....
