any long island support groups open to all?

yup practicaly neighboors! my parents live in mastic beach... seems like this is one happening meeting LOL ! everyone seems so nice!

My group (LIPO....Long Island Post Ops) meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month.  In April, we will be meeting on 4/21 in the community room at Panera in Bohemia, 6:30 dinner, 7:00 sharp meeting.  We welcome you with open arms!

I am also a member of the Good Sam Support Group and I will be modeling in the Bariatric Fashion Show this Saturday, so if you come,please introduce yourself to me!

I attend  the support group at Good Samaratian, it's every other Saturday.  As some of the other posters said, it's a good mix of bandster and rnyer's. Also, the meeting touch on post and pre op issues.
