1 year post-op today!!!!

Well the day has arrived! I am finally one year post op. So many changes have come around during this past year.

Some of my changes...
I have lost 50lbs
I went from having to make my own clothes to shopping in plus size stores!
I joined the gym and go 5 days a week
I feel sexier and more confident
I can walk for 1.5 miles as opposed to bearly down the block a year ago
I have made some friends i never would have made otherwise who are dear to my heart

I want to thank everyone who has been part of my journey!
Gota run to class but I will write a more in depth post later!

Well, I just have to say that I am so proud of you! You have done so well and I know you will continue to do so!

I just love you sooooo much and I am so happy that your life has changed in so many wonderful ways! I am so glad that this forum brought us together! I treasure our friendship so very much!

And, I agree...you are one sexy mama!
