There is not a week that goes by that I don't receive an email from someone in which they talk about problems they are having with alcohol abuse since their surgery. The emails are so tragic. As much as I have covered this http://www.wlscenter.com/ResearchArticles/Intro.htm , I have never surveyed how many of you are afflicted by this.

I am also asked about various health problems including H-pylori and fistulas. Another problem that is surfacing is cervical polyps. There is some conjecture that when estrogen is released as we lose weight so rapidly, it is possible that is causing cervical cancer or polyps.

I want to do a survey of medical problems that people are having. It is very important to gather this information, so I am asking you to please take the survey. It is important to respond even if you have no problems.
