Hey girl a big congratulations to you on your success!! 130 lbs gone yipee for you!!! From the sounds of it you have worked very hard so enjoy all of the new found rewards of being healthy!Yes, keeping it off will be challenging, but you can do this! Just think back to how you felt 130 lbs heavier, or perhaps all of those little things you can now take for granted that you could not do when you were heavier! Try and imagine those feelings and I think they will help you in keeping off the weight. Somehow, an extra snack or just a bite of something doesn't seem all that appealing when you imagine yourself heavy again!!
You have earned the right to celebrate - You have gone thru alot to get where you are. Keep up the good work and you can continue to inspire others like me! Good Job!!! Take good care, Mary (Molly P.)
I want to say happy belated surgiversarry! I am so delighted you are still posting and keeping your OH profile up to date! Thanks for sharing the way it is real, the good and bad! Also that there are scale and non scale victories!
