Syracuse/ Rochester meet up??

I am by no means a planner whats so ever, but considering that its out of the question for most of us to make the long trip to long island...is there anyone interested in meeting up around this area?? I don't know what to do so maybe someone else would like to take over the reins unless need be I can do it, or at least help out.
