My mom... =)
Hi Everyone!
I just thought I would RAVE for a minute!!!
What am I raving about? Well, my mom, MarciaM of course!!! 
I want to let everyone know how wonderful my mom is! As many mothers do, my mom, has sacrificed a great deal over the years for me. And, though I am an adult now, she still sacrifices and helps and offers anything of herself for me! I don't think I could have gotten to or gotten through everything with my surgery if it had not been for her. Just with my surgery alone, she went to every single appointent with me, came to the hospital every single day, even sitting there when I was out cold and took care of me when I came home, while my husband was at work all day.
My mom goes through a lot at home, with my Dad. Though he is a wonderful man, he struggles with depression and OCD, thus he is not very easy to live with, to say the least! So, my mom must endure endless lonely hours to give him the silent space he needs. In a way, this has brought us closer together, as she spends a lot of time here with me and my husband.
Maybe our relationship isn't the healthiest all the time. Maybe we fight from time to time and maybe she oversteps boundaries. We even get on each other's nerves from time to time. But, she's my mom and I love her more than anything. I dread the day when I can't call her or invite her to the gym with me or chat with her online.
She's one of my best friends and I like that. I feel honored to have such a great mom!
