I MADE IT!!
Made it to goal of 150lbs & 1 year post RNY on 2/4/2009 without too many bumps in the road!!!!
Thank you to everyone on this board/aand other boards & in chat who answered questions, provided insite & inspiration. I hope to pay it forward & will continue to participate on OH as I continue on my journey of sustaining this momentous accomplishment. Weight loss is not easy EVEN with the tool... But I am so glad that I made the decision. thank you again to everyone!
