I just hit the -90 pound mark!  I'm very excited.  I seem to be losing very slowly but I finally reached -90.  Now I only have another ten to lose to reach a 100 pounds lost and Onederland and becoming over-weight and no longer obese.

Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's awesome, Glo! I am so happy for you! You must be and should be so proud of yourself!
I know you said it's been slow and I am sure that must have been tough while you were doing it. But now that you've done it, the speed doesn't matter! What matters is that you did it!!!!!!!!!!!

YaY for you!!!

Hugs, Heather

Thanks for sharing your journey and successes! I bet along this challenging road that seems so slow at times you have developed some great coping tools, just the sheer nature of slow helps us tolerate challenges in anew way hooray!
