Milestone for me!

Ok, so I hate to be an attention hog....but....I am proud of myself!

Feb 1st will be my 2 month surgiversary and so far, I am down 50 lbs since surgery and 65 from my highest weight!  

So, this is a good feeling. better than any bit of food I've ever put in my mouth--and this is lasting much longer....hmmmm....something to think about... =) 

Thank you to all of you who have encouraged me and helped me thus far! And, I hope you'll be around for the next 150...I have a feeling I will need you! LOL

You don't even know how much you've helped me! You're such a motivation to me and there are so many times I hear you in my head!!! The group is sooo important and helpful to me--more so than I ever thought it would be!!!  I am so grateful for you and LIPO!!!!!

 OMG....you are making me blush!  Truthfully, I love helping people....I feel it is always a necessary obligation to "pay it forward".   My WLS has changed my life in so many ways.  LIPO has been a very big achievement for me in numerous ways as well.  Believe it or not....I need you guys as much as you need me!

Remember, support is the key to success!  I am so proud of your accomplishments as well as everybody in LIPO's.  Together, we can and will make the difference in our lives!  Let us NEVER EVER forget where we came from!

Heather - Congratulations and YOU should be proud of yourself!!! Just think of, say a gal jug of milk.  It must weigh at least 5 lbs (probably more) and then picture yourself toting around 10 of them before losing them! Sometimes I find visual stuff like this both laughable and helpful!!
This is wonderful progress on your weight loss journey to better health.  Keep up the good work!! I know I'll be rooting for you!  There are so many wonderful people on this site who help in so many ways!!  I have at least 100# more to go probably more like 150 would be great but I take one day at a time and try and do my best to avoid temptations.  You have a good attitude, keep it up!! Thanks, Mary!! Yes, I have about 150 to go, as well. But, I am 1/4 there...so, I just need to do this 3 more times...I know it may not be as quick as it was now, but I am going in the right direction! Thanks for ther encouraging words! I will be rooting for you, as well! We'll be shrinking together!
