Gratitude, accountability, acceptance, progress...
I wanted to keep current, accountable and moving forward toward my goals of being emotionally present at all times and finding balance in my life physically and emotionally, as well as for exercise.
Side note kitty Jasmine is doing well recovering from right radical mastectomy for her mammary cancer, she is home as of last eve, I am grateful for the care she received, grateful she had an uneventful surgery and grateful to have her withme another day....
I am now working on deep breathing, practice, and more practice to manage my general anxiety and stress so food is not the first thing I think of or turn to. I have had some huge insightful moments with journaling and that is great, I am building on some huge successes with feeling some emotions (Sadness and fear) and NOT eating over them! Instead finding that I can feel them and move through them. I am grateful for this experience to learn and grow!
I am grateful I was able to move my body at the gym today 89 min, doing 60 fabulous minutes in the elliptical.......oh how I have so missed my exercise!
I am grateful for the day off from work to just BE and I relished in every moment! Journaling, reading and listening to my body and its needs to relax!
I am grateful for my progress and grateful you are all here to support me and others! HUGS!~

I am so glad to hear that Jasmine is doing really well. That's one less stress & fear for you to deal with!!
I have been doing ok... slipped a little but overall I am succeeding!! I did lose 6.5 lbs in my first week back on track so I consider that a HUGE accomplishment!!!
I am working on the exercise thing again. I have a membership to a local gym that I keep paying for but I'll be damned if I can get the motivation to get there every day!!! I make so many excuses & am trying really hard to get there!! I am not even sure what the real reason is for nit going!! I know it's crowded by the time I get there after work but even when I do go it's not like I can't find something to workout on!! I do walk every day at work so at least I am moving my butt!! I will beat this one way or the other!!!
