anyone here that had their surgery done by Dr. Christian Tvetenstrand, MD

 I am having RNY surgery done on Jan 28th by Dr. Christian Tvetenstrand, MD
I am looking for others in my area that have had Dr. T. for their surgery.  I have checked the Surgeon list and there has been no members that have listed anything under Dr. T. since 2008.  I know Dr. T is not registered with Obesity Help yet but I would think there may be some memers who have used him as their surgeon. I am asking his office to see if he would become a member to this awesome site.

I looked into getting my work done by him but i didnt qualify for his program at the time, but he is a competent doctor. I have a co worker who had her band done with him and she is doing well. Wish i could be more help

Thanks for the reply. I am very confident in my choice with him as my surgeon. He is the trauma Dr. for all 3  hospitals in the Triple Cities. I am just looking for people near me who have gone through the same things. Seems like everyone I talk to around here is getting the band done. I would like to find some more RNY'ers

ps... I also wanted to share my experiences about Dr. T and his office crew with people who are familiar with them. They are AMAZING! If  it wasnt for his crew doing an awesome job I would not have found out my insurance would cover this procedure with Dr.T.

My insurance was saying no... I would have to go some place else. The closest place to me was Copperstown,NY. That would of been a 2 hour trip one way on nasty back roads. I was not thrilled with that during the winter months. However Michelle at Dr.T's office looked further into my insurance and because my husband is a federal employee I could choose where I wanted to go.

Because of his crew I am headed for surgery next week instead of waiting til summer to go somewheres else!
