Atta girl , keep it up! Slow and steady DOES win the race. Don't worry if you slow up even more. THAT is NORMAL! When this happens.... YOU need to just continue what you are doing and stay on track with your surgeon/nutritionist rules. I was a SLOW loser myself. I started out as the same weight as you did. You must believe in yourself and your wls. BE patient with yourself. IT will happen when you least expect it. And one day you will look in the mirror and say OMG!! WTF?? Where did I go?? I melted away before my OWN eyes! lol haha... it is the greatest feeling of all. So be patient with yourself AND with your WLS. IT will happen!! and you will eventually lose all your weight. and you will be very successful long term wls post op. Hang in there girl!

Don't rush into working out so early post op, because you are not fully healed inside. So .... until you are cleared to exercise. WALK as much as POSSIBLE! Really , walking is the BEST exercise there is. Hugss

Best,

Congrats to you & your accomplishment so far!! Take it easy & be careful not to overdo it, you've got some serious healing to do!! Sounds like you are on the right track!!!

You will see changes - be patient - I know it's easier said than done & we all want instant gratification but one morning you will get up & look in the mirror, or step out of the shower or even put something on & all of a sudden it will hit you like a mack truck... HOLY CRAP!!! You won't even recognize that person looking back at you in the mirror!!! Oh & just wait until the people you see on a regular basis start noticing (& chances are they will before you do)... you will be shocked at how much sooner they see the changes than you!!! It'll be amazing!!!

Keep up the great work!!!
