how is everyone doing
So the Holidays are over, we have all made it thru them how are you all doing? Did anyone have a hard tiem this year with the Holidays, I still have oene more Holiday to complete Christmas with my mom and that ehole family, the one I dread the most, luckily my grandmother is doing a lot of the cooking and she had the surgery a year and a half ago so She will keep our diet in mind. LOL! I am down 60 lbs as of 61 days from surgery so I figure about a pound a day is okay. I have learned to get over the weeks I go with out losing. It seems like I lose nothing for like 10 sdays then I gt on the scale every two weeks (only because my trainer makes me) and I am down all of a sudden. I am seeing it in clothes but not the mirror yet. I see it in some pictures though and I am not as shy around the camera any more and my energy is thru the roof on most days. I am still ahving a problem getting enough calcium in and I need a new muti vitamin any suggestions?
Ehy do you need a new multivit? ANd what is the challenge with calcium?
www.vitaldy.com has chewable calcium and even powdered I think, bariatric advantage and other brands.
I use walmart centrum type adult vitamin and have since 1mo out. (yuck hated chewables!) I pack all my vits in mini tuperware for week and take one with me on the go to work taking in am then noon then midday and eve...all works out! Be well.
