trying to help a friend find a PCP in Buffalo

Hi everyone, I have a co worker that is interested in having lap band surgery she has a BMI of 38 with comorbidities however, her Primary Care Physican believes that everyone can lose weight with diet and exercise, she has been dieting for 2 years and has lost 7 lbs she has been very strict on the diet and she walks and exercises and othing is working.  She needs a PCP that will reccomend her for the surgery anyone know a good PCP in Tonawanda, Kenmore Area or somewhere in Buffalo?

My PCP is David Pawlowski, with Highgate Medical Group in Amherst.  He was very supportive of my surgery and his office was cooperative and right on target with all of the paperwork.  My BMI was significantly higher than your friend's is so I'm not sure if that would be a factor or not.

My PCP is Susan Baldassari. She's in Tonawanda. She spoke highly of the successes of her patients who have had WLS. When I talked to her about wanting to have the surgery she supported my decision.
