EAS shakes

I purchased these over Xmas and wasn't sure which kind to get so I got 2 different kinds.  One is the Myoplex LITE (french vanilla) and the other was the lower carb one (chocolate) the Myoplex has more protein though.  Is one more preferred than the other???

My surgery isn't until Jan 13th but I'm trying to buy stuff now.  Any other recommended product suggestions will be very much appreciated.

I bought the Myoplex low carb shakes at BJ's- they have a good price for a case of them, and they actually taste good. I chose the low carb just to keep the sugars down (I'm afraid of dumping). I also LOVE the Syntrax Nectar powders. I have Twisted Cherry, Fuzzy Navel, and the Apple one so far. I don't know if you can get them in stores, because I bought them online (just Google Syntrax Nectar for the best prices). They are well worth the money- they taste fantastic!! The other one that I like is the creamy vanilla by American Whey.

I think that the Syntrax Nectars will be my favorites, though. They're fruity tasting and seem lighter than the milky types of shakes. They are not overly sweet, just lighter with no protein taste at all!

I was just thinking... We should do an exchange of our favorite proteins at the Support meeting at Synergy. That would be a way for people to try things without buying huge containers. As you know, they are too expensive to be wasting money.

Now I have the Myoplex Lite - has 20g of protein, 20g of carbs and only 1 g of sugar.  Is that the same stuff at Bj's???  I got mine from Walmart.

If not I might return it because I have both a Bj's and Sam's club membership and never thought to look there.
