I've heard very good things about Dr. Ahmad--and I think I've seen his commercial on tv, too! =)

I do attend the LIPO meetings--it is a great meeting--Maryellen, the founder is a Dr. Ahmad patient, I believe. =)

Seems like all the good support groups are out in Suffolk... Might have to come out to meet some of yall... But something needs to get going in Nassau!!! 

I too am looking for a work out buddy.... I have been looking into Planet Fittness in Hicksville bc its only 10 bucks a month. Any takers???

If anyone is closer to West Hempstead or Bellmore or Massapequa, I also have a Lady Of America membership and I would be willing to meet you there. I go to Adelphi and have loads free time. I also intern at South Oaks so I would be willing to work out before or after my shift or even on my dinner break!

Walking is good too but its too darn cold. Let me know what your up for and lets work something out.
