I have been on this size hundreds of times, just never signed up. I had my surgery 06/05/06 and I am down over 200lbs....however, oer the past few weeks I have noticed that I am falling into a deep depression and I still can not "see" my new body....if people look at me, I think they are seeing the "before" girl.....has anyone else experieneced this or does anyone has a thera[ist in Long Island that they would like to suggest or how they handled this?

Thank you so much!!

Hi Meggles,

Look at old pictures of yourself and take some pictures of your new self and compare them, it should be quite obvious...also get some of your old pants/dresses/clothes and compare it...losing 200 lbs is great keep it up!  If you can visualize it that can help a little.
