Your surgery was about three weeks ago, right? Yeah, that's when the first mini stall hits. It freaked me out too. It freaks everyone out. STAY OFF THE SCALE!!

You will lose ... this isn't like every other diet you've been on. This is different and it will work. Your body has been through so much in the past few weeks. Your liver shrinking diet, the surgery itself, now big weight loss in a short period of time. STAY OFF THE SCALE!! Your body doesn't know what is going on with you right now. But it will adjust in a few days and you will lose again. BUT you won't know you have lost any weight (unless you can FEEL it) because you are going to STAY OFF THE SCALE, right??
Relax ... it's gonna be just fine.
Just keep doing what you are doing.

Maria, thank You i had stayed OFF THE SCALE for a whole 10 days I was proud of myself.  I also have been sick this week and not been walking so I am sure you are right and all will be better soon. I will only get on the scale when I go for check ups at Synergy. thanks.  Will you be at the chili cook off?

For some strange reason, I found there are times that your weight will not change, but all of a sudden your clothes will become loose.  Both my wife & I have found that when you think that you have hit a stall, it is important to check your measurements (waist, arms etc.) it often seems like the weight loss stops when the body is "reshaping" itself.

Good Luck
