Hello All
I hope you all had a nice holiday! Mine was quiet this year but that was ok with me!

Slipped back again but time to get moving forward again! I guess that is the name of the game, keep moving forward until it becomes a good habit! By that time I will be so old it really will not matter.... OK only kidding....I think....

My goals for this week are:
1. Back to water
2. Back to eating healthier things!
3. Work on a healthy eating plan for the Christmas holiday!

Ok how is next??????

~hugs~

I am having a really good week. I am starting on pureed foods, and oh man....yum! After weeks of broth, protein shakes, yogurt,  and more protein shakes...you get my drift...anyway, the pureed foods are a welcome step in my process! I just finished some re-fried beans with a little cheese (under a dollar at Mighty Taco) they were DELICIOUS, and well tolerated as well...hooray! Ok, ok, on to my goals:

1. get in my water
2. get more in sync with my body. I have been on an eating schedule, but I would like to try to eat when I feel like it, not just every few hours.
3. get in at least 30 mins of walking at least 4 times this week. I am picking up a treadmill this evening, it is just too hard to enjoy a nice walk in Buffalo at this time of the year! (trust me, I've tried!)

Good luck to anyone else working toward goals this week!
 you can do it!!

You are amazing!
Mary

( You are a riot.)

Hi Debra. I'm getting a little bit too ****y for my own good. I know that my portions are getting much larger and some lazy habits are sneaking back in.
My goals will be:
1. Measure my meals
2. Cut the crap about sugar-free this & that and give it a rest for a while. Calories are calories if you overdo.
3. Challenge myself more in the exercise department.
