diet ticker

hey everyone I been wondering how to get a ticker on profile like the rest of you guys...can anyone offer some help

Hi! You will see the web address on my ticker below. Go to that web page and set up your ticker, then select the actual picture of the ticker (not all of that stuff that the web site says to copy) the actual ticker itself and copy then when you are on the message board select user settings and paste it into your signature.
I sure hope that makes sense and works out for you. It took me a couple tries, but finally got it!
