Weekly Holiday Goals

Hello all
Well another Monday.....This week is a short week with the holidays so the goals for this week are going to be more for Thanksgiving!

1. Try to eat light, taking protein first then the other but keeping the portion small.
2. Drinking all my water to keep myself full
3. Maybe go for a walk after eating the dinner

OK who is next??????

All of your suggestions above are exactly what I plan to do, except I would like to walk in the am and after dinner. (Note to self: Bring your sneakers.)
I 'm also wearing pants that are form fitting around the waist so there will be no room for error.
