Nov 20th-anyone else?

 I really haven't posted yet, but I do check in and read the posts.  Now that I'm just a couple of days away I've been thinking that maybe I do need to reach out for support.  I'm very excited to get on with the next act in my life, but can't help but be nervous.  I've tried so many things over the years that haven't worked.....what if....anyway I'm trying to stay positive!

I will be one year post-op on Nov. 20th. I have lost about 110 pounds. Down to 117. So glad that I chose to have it done. Good luck to you and keep us posted.

 Wow...down 110 lbs in a year!  i still am afraid to hope that I will be able to do that well.  I am so excited to get started ;-)  Hearing how things are going for you all is a great comfort and inspiration.

Actually my goal from the doctor was to get to 144 pounds.  I was there in June. I have had no problems except an ulcer in June but wasnt from the surgery itself. Just listen to the doctor and your body.

Yes, I'm w/ ya on the 20th...I am nervous not so much excited right now...only because I am really hungry right now...had to start a liquid diet on Monday..all I have been able to have is clear liquids..but I know that it is all worth it...I have to be at the hospital at 6am for surgery at 10 am..
