Weekly Goals

Hello All 
OK yet another Monday is here....eekkkkk  I hope you all had a great weekend, mine was a good one!

My GOALS for this week are:
1. Going to try and add some treadmill in when I get home from work, a little bit every day so it becomes a habit!
2. Keep up drinking all my water and eating healthy!

Hi Debra,

My goals for this week are as follows:

1.  To stop buying and eating these YUMMY bagels (that I am presently eating while posting)!
2.  To get to the gym 5 times this week.
3.  Lastly, to concentrate on water.
