1. What types of food did you eat this week?
Shrimp, BBQ steak, marinated chicken cutlets, chili, pork roast, tuna salad, salad with beans, Various cheeses cubed and crackers, yogurt and granola with bananas, oatmeal, Supreme Protein bars, frittata made with eggs, cheese, zucchini and potatoes, stuffed artichokes, ravioli.
SSSHHHHHH....Okay...it wasn't totally perfect...demolished 2 cans of fat free pringles! YIKES!
2. What have you lost this week and or maintained?

1. What types of food did you eat today?
Today is Sat. I had protien cereal,1/2 banana for b-fast. I had grilled chicken and steamed veggies for lunch. I had a burger with a slice of tomato and bread and butter pickle spear for dinner
2. What have you lost this week and or maintained?
I have lost 6 pounds this week
3. What types of exercise did you do this week?
I have done between 30 minutes to one hour on exercise bike 5 times this week do far. And 15 minutes of arm toning exercise 5 times this week.
4. What is your goal for next week?
Make sure I drink all my water !!!!

I am thankful for my wonderful family ..even if I do sometimes wonder how I will make it with 2 teenage boys LOL. And I am thankful for following through and having WLS.

2. What have you lost this week and or maintained? i'VE BEEN MAINTAINING FOR ABOUT 4 WEEKS NOW...i'M WITHIN 8 LBS OF MY DR'S GOAL FOR ME.
3. What types of exercise did you do this week? WALKED AND WORK OUT AT THE GYM, SWIMMING ALSO.
4. What is your goal for next week? TO GET THROUGH THANKSGIVING WITHOUT A GAIN.
