hudson valley.....??

My PCP refered me to the surgeon Dr. Kwon I called but he doesn't take just plain ol medicaid anyone know of a surgeon in the hudson valley that does take plain ol medicaid or is it a dead end? oh and a Dr. that does more then just the lapband surgery?

I did look over the list a couple times most of the dr's on the list aren't in the hudson valley I think.......but thanks

I see you are in Middletown . Have you checked with Valley Hospital in Ridgewood NJ. They have an ofiice right on West Main st. behind the fairgrounds .
I used Dr. Davis , but there are a few surgeons on their team and they all take different insurances .
Gio handles all the aftercare and he is fabulous .
They use three hospitals for the surgery , Valley , Prebyterian in NYC and Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville .

Also I attend a support group for pre and post op on Rt. 17k between Bullville and Montgomery on the first Thurs of every Month at 630pm .
We get a lot of pre op attendees with the same questions and you can get a lot of good info on insurance and what to expect with these classes . Also no cost !!
