Weekly Goals

Hello all

Ok I will post my weekly goals and please join in the list yours! I am hoping that if we see them we still be more likely to stick to it.

Mine are small this week:
1. Cut back on the carbs!
2. Eat more protein foods!
3. Drink ALL my water each day!

OK who is next to list their goals! Does not even have to do with WLS, anything you want to work on this week to make us a better person!

OOH! I love this idea! well, this will be my last full week before surgery so I got alot to do, but here are my main goals for this week:

* get all of my laundry done
* bring up my x-mas stuff from the basement and get the "heavy" decorations up (less to worry about post-op this way, I know it's not even Thanksgiving yet) lol
* get my healthcare proxy copied
* go and get all of essential post-op groceries (I hate the grocery store)
* scrub the kitchen floor

yuk. But when I come home I want it to be fresh and clean and pleasant!

Exercise 5 times this week despite a trip to Washington D.C. for a cousin's wedding.

1) Get back to the gym
2) Keep going with the shakes
3)be more active on this board
4) No more damed cookies and milk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My goals for this week are....
1.continue to exercise everyday (I just started back to work today....did 1 hour on the exercise bike for 15.6 miles)
 
2.plan my meals for work days the night before so good choices are packed and ready in the morning.

3.hopefully see that darn number on the scale drop by the end of this week !!

OK, I'll play.  My goals for this week:

1. Drink all of my water daily
2. Keep the grazing under control, even if it is good stuff
3. Add one hour of cardio to my week, either one day of one hour or 4 days of 5 minutes

Great idea!

I have soooo much to do before Surgery!  This week my goal is to just make it through the week!  I have Dr appointments and PAT's and Support Group all week!  And on top of it all I am battling a killer cold!

My main goal is to not let things upset me so much!!! If I can achieve that, I can achieve anything!!!!

Over and above that emotional goal, I hope to eat mostly protein and veggies, do aerobic exercise at least 3 times this week, and avoid sugar.

1. Walk every day
2. 64 oz water a day
