NYU Rockland Office -- Where is it???

Hello!

I need help!!!  I have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Fielding in Rockland County on Sunday.  I wrote the info on my calendar - AT MY OFFICE - and am now 2 hours away.  I have no idea where this office is, I have not gotten any appointment reminder call, and I'm stuck.  Is there anyone out there that has seen Dr. Fielding in New City, NY, that would know the location??
