i have my date

 i will be having RNY on november 10 at 1:40 at albany medical center with dr dunnican.  i am freaking out a little and a little scared/nervous.  i have to work tomorrow night 7p-7a .

CONGRATULATIONS!! I have no words of wisdom to offer as I am pre-op and also freaking out! But I wish you a totally uneventful surgery and speedy recovery! Best wishes.

Congrats on having your day, WOW Monday will be here before ya know it! This is a BIG step in an awesome direction so try to enjoy it! I was so nervous myself and had to take something a couple of days before surgery. LOL Just make sure you take time for youself right now and now that it will all work out, you will be on the loooooosing side before ya know it!

congrats! dont worry being nervous is normal . i went into sheer panic mode the day before my operation. i cried all the way to the hospital. It is normal!  That was 6 weeks ago and i am so happy i didnt let the frear take over. YOU WILL DO GREAT
