4) Biggest challenge lately.
My sweet tooth. Dumping actually helps this one, makes me less likely to indulge. I fight it all the time. Carbs are a problem too, but I think I've got that one beat for the time being.

Drinking slow enough. Food has been fine I can chew chew chew... but sipping slowly is not going as well.

3) Tell us about 1 NSV (non scale victory) or WOW moment. Crossing my legs - I know it's a small victory but I had been looking forward to that day for a LONG time. Pre-op, I actually made a list of things I couldn't wait to do and crossing my legs was first. There is nothing worse than being the biggest woman in the room and not being able to cross your legs when your wearing a skirt :-[
4) Biggest challenge lately. Grazing - my job has been very slow lately (surprisingly with the economy and market drops) and I find myself snacking constantly. I try to be good about what I'm snacking on, sometimes I do ok and other times, not so much.

4) Biggest challenge lately.
We are going through a lot of personal challenges lately and I am really feeling the stress on not being able to turn to food. I cried over not being able to turn to my old friend "Snickers" last week.
5) What is next on your "bucket list"?
Good question - not really sure. I have the idea of a triatholn in the back of my mind, but I'd have to take swimming lessons for that. I have set a goal to run a race in every state, so I guess that is another item.
