*6* YES SIX years POST RNY !!!
I do not have the time this am to reflect on my SIX years as a post bariatric survivor/thriver, but seeing as yesterday the officiao date flew by I wanted to pause, take a moment and feel the gratitude and really let it sink in!!
10/9/2002 was the day...it has NOT been easy but it surely has been worth all that I have been through................More to come....

Congrats on your 6th year. I wanted to say thank you for your support and encouragement about 2 years ago when I had my band placed. You gave me great information and I thank you. I have since had band revision in July due to band slippage. Currently I am in a plateu and hoping that it will pass soon.
You look fabulous.
You look fabulous.
Thank you all for the kind worsd and compliments. This week has been a very challenging week personaly and professionally. I have yet to find the time to write as I wanted, but you all give me such strength.
I choose to have no regrets as part of this process for myself is about lessons, opportunities and choice. When we see things as rich in opportunity there are not regrets or mistakes, only lessons to learn.
Living in the moment is a great lesson I work on daily....I probably would of said I only regret not doing it sooner, but I really do not have that regret, sooner was not the right time...10/9/2002 was the right time...the only time, MY TIME! The journey began many many years before one I was preparing for all mylife...I am GRATEFUL today for a full life, even if it is difficult or challenging at times!
