Health Fair(FISHKILL NY) 10/11/08

I just heard there is going to be a Health Fair  on Sat, 10/11/08 in Fishkill Ny.. at the Holiday Inn. From 10am-5pm. I hear last years was such a great event....and this year is going to be bigger and even better. I just went on the web site to see what its all about.... www.OctoberZest.com.

Many of the people I have been seeing recently will be at the Health Fair. A lot of support systems. I am looking forward to going. I am scheduled for RNY 10/23. cant wait

I'm going too!
There are going to be speakers, including the surgeon who did my RNY.
I'm really looking forward to it.
