Hi everyone. Friday was my surgery and im finally home.Things went o****ep sipping and walking and sipping and walking. I felt almost human today. The weekend was rough i had every side effect possible from the pain medicine but the good news i was so out of it i hardly remember. All i know is i am on the loosers bench and my life will be fantastic from this point out.

Nice to see you so enthusiastic and doing well!
Although life is what we make it, reality is life is not fantastic every moment...Wt loss does not make it all better as we may of hoped or dreamed. Keep up the positive energy but please don't let a stressor or issue that will come along crash things...the wt loss does stop...life does resume, the honeymoon fades and I find keeping that in perspective lessens the challenges ahead! HUGS!
