i just keep losing
I never figured I would say this but I can't stop losing the weight. I was happy to be between 135 and 140. This morning I was 128. My ideal weight given to me at my consult was 144. In the last few weeks I have lost 10 pounds and I am eating. Some days I eat more than others but I don't understand how to stop losing more weight. I drink my water, get in my protein everyday and have about 1000 calories a day, give or take. How many calories should I be eating now. I am 10 months post op. Anyone else have this problem. Thanks, Christine
Christine,
Make an appointment to see your dietician. In preparation, write down exactly how much you eat, drink, and the times. That will give them a better idea of how to tweak your intake.
I went though that too and it took some careful adjusting. But it was personalized to my own body needs. What worked for me may not be what is best for you.

Christine,
I am having a similar problem. I have been trying to eat higher fat content foods and that seems to have helped. I have also made an appointment to see the nutritionist so I can have input on the best way to stop losing without picking up bad habits. I suggest you do the same. That's why they are the professionals.
Good luck and keep in touch.
