Any Albany, NY Post-ops Interested in a Back-on-Track Group

Hey everyone,

Are there any Albany, NY area members interested in forming/starting a back-on-track group? I am 3 years post-op and have gained back about 20 pounds. Not a big deal, and my doc isn't terribly worried either, but I can tell you, 20 pounds feels like 70 and I want it off!

Hit me up if you're interested. I would love to do some sort of support / diet / exercise program...

Definitely Aaron. I am 2.5 years out and 10 pounds up and I hear you when you say that you feel like a small regain is a large one! Let me know what you're putting together. My schedule is very busy but I would certainly try and prioritize this.

Thanks for trying to organize this...I'm sure there are others who will be interested.
