Hi Everyone,

Seems like a consensus was reached to forgo Utica and walk at the Schenectady Walk From Obesity!
I have signed up and if you follow this link http://walkfromobesity.kintera.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=284091
you can register on line or print and mail. On the left hand side of the page is a menu that says register to walk and follow the instructions to register as an INDIVIDUAL walker. Ellis has not made up a team to join so that is how I was able to register. At the end of the form is where you commit to fundraise. If you do not want to do that, enter $0.
Also, if you do not want to go or can't and want to donate, you can click on my name(on the right hand side of the page) and a donation form will come up and you can pledge. There is a small $25.00 registration fee (most of this is donated to the walk for obesity)!
Information on this walk:
Saturday, September 27th
Registration at 10:00 and the Walk begins at 10:30.
Walk as far or as much you want or as little as you want. NO DISTANCE IS REQUIRED!!!
No organized car pool exists right now however if people want to coordinate this at the next few weeks we can.
I believe this is a rain or shine event~
I'm excited to be participating in this and hope we have as many area 'representatives".
