7 MONTHS OUT TODAY!!!!!!
So I justed wanted to let you all know that I am SOOOO VERY PLEASED what I have accomplished in 7 months. I feel so good (besides the kidney stones)!!! I really feel like a new person. I have so much energy and have a new out look on my life. I can never be more grateful to my dr and all of you on this web site for all the help and support
:).........I am down 109 pounds and I really can not believe it is me in the mirror. I see this person who I feel has always been good hearted and nice looking that looks amazing. I am not trying to toot my own horn BUT I must say that this is the first time in my life that I can say I AM SKINNY and very HEALTHY!!! I could shot from my roof top
!!! I want everyone here to know that this was the best thing I ever have done for myself and even though sone parts were very hard and even made my ? why I did this....I really could not be happier. THABK AGAIN to all of you guys here for the post and the comments back I am forever grateful
