Congrats on making the decision to live a healthier life :o) My fater - in - law had the lap-band with Holover and is doing terrific. He attends a lap-band support group too. He says its a great support group with a nice mix of people. Let me know if your interested in the information - i'll pass it along to you.

Hi Jo Ann and welcome to OH! I, too, am a patient of Dr. Holovers. I am almost 1 year post-op RNY and doing well. The first year after surgery is challenging, however, it is well worth it. I hope your post-op appointment went well and I look forward to seeing less of you in the future!
