I Won My Appeal to New York State!

I received a Fed-Ex letter in the mail from New York State.  It came five days after my emergency surgery to remove my band.  The state has approved my band removal and revision to RNY.  In six pages of decision they said that the insurance company must PAY for my revision and that they had no leg to stand on turning me down!! They wasted my time. Made me have a second surgery. In the end they still have to pay!  God is good!

WHOOOHOOOO!!

Praise the LORD! His mercy endures! Aren't you glad God works all things together for Good...to them that love God...to them who are called according to his purpose?! I sure am.

Rest up...get healthy! Does this mean you have already had the RNY or that you are about to?
