Dr. Artuso and Judi Lynch today on radio

Hope this is not considered advertising as I was moderated right off a post last night . But here in the hudson Valley of NY I host  a radio show on a community radio station and today Judi Lynch my support class leader and Dr. artuso will be on . Listen in if you like  wtbq.com from 1230-2pm .
I'm 5 months out  having the lapband so it should be a fun show
