Arnot and Dr. Moon

Hi, Does anyone have Dr. Moon as a dr.?  He just did my surgery in July and today they called me and said he was no longer with the practice! I am bummed as I have had many problems since then and feel sad as I liked the guy.  Also I am looking for a local support group in the Syracuse area.  Thanks! Janice

I am in Ithaca, didn't have Dr. Moon, but one of the women in my support group did and is upset over that news too.

She was having difficulties with an over-fill and a tipped port. The woman was in serious pain.

Dr. Mecenas (in Ithaca) saw her on an emergency basis and took out some of the fill. He is wonderful

She really liked him but he is not on her insurance provider list. Dr Moon leaving has left her in a mess. She liked him too.

I can't tell from your profile where you live. We have a lap-band support group in Ithaca which meets every 2nd and 4th Monday night. If you are interested, get in touch with me and I'll send you the details.

well after i posted i found ur post.. and im so upset too and am going to get to the bottom of it some way .. i love love love dr. moon.... something must have happened..and i think as us being his patients should know...... if i find more out ill let u  know...and u the same......

im in watertown ny area... had surgery march 17th!
