ok folks so i went to see Dr. Ingram for me 5 wk post-op.. im disapointed
Nanette,
A little off the direction of this post, but just an observation. This is not something I suggest doing, more than once and only to let you see the changes in weight over a 24 hour period. Weigh yourself on your scale several time during the day. You will be shocked to see that even on your scale that your weight will vary 5 pounds or more during the day. Depending on if you just ate, how much you have drank, when you got rid of that extra fluid etc. Then pick a time to weigh yourself and always weigh yourself at that time. For me it is on Sunday Morning when I first get up and I am starting to think maybe I should change to every other Sunday. I try to focus on how I am feeling and how I am doing with my life (eating, exercise, enjoyment, things I am now able to do that I would not have done last summer, etc) and not that number on the scale.
Good luck
Jim
